This chicken is absolutely perfect.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup Low sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- minced garlic
- garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper
- Broccoli (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a crockpot besides chicken, whisk together.
- Place chicken in crockpot, cover and cook on low for 8 or high for 4.
- If you are adding the broccoli, chop it up and add to crockpot about 1.5 hours before done, maybe 2. Cook for remaining time.
- Shred chicken just by stirring it around every hour, especially the last hour. It will start to fall apart.
- Makes for great sliders, pulled sandwiches or over white rice.
- Add cabbage to your plate for a crunch.
