These are dangerous to make, because you're going to eat them all.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a brownie pan, usually a small one, either an 8x8 or a small rectangle.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a smaller bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Mix well.
- Add chocolate chips and fold in gently.
- Pour the batter into the greased dish and spread evenly. Add a few chocolate chips to the top too.
- Bake for 22-27 minutes. They are done when a toothpick comes out with almost nothing on it.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.
