Danni's Quick Fish Tacos

Sometimes you have 20 minutes to cook dinner. This is that dinner that actually feels like one. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Fish Fillets
  • 5-7 lemons
  • corn tortillas
  • Fresh Pico De Gallo
  • Mayo

Directions:

1. If you are making the Pico de Gallo, get to it and place it in fridge.

2. Cook the fish fillets as directed on the back with some lime juice squeezed on top of them. Flip fillets before finished and squeeze more lime juice on top.

3. While fish is cooking, heat up your tortillas on the stove top, place in a tortilla keeper so they stay warm.

4. In a small bowl, add a few scoops of mayo and fresh lime juice from 2-3 limes. Mix well. Add some garlic powder, black pepper, a pinch of salt and mix again.

5. Once fish is done remove from oven and start assembling your tacos.

6. Tortilla, mayo sauce, fish fillet, Pico de Gallo and some more sauce on top. Squeeze a lime on top of everything and enjoy.
