When you hit 30 and you can't have red sauce anymore..Here's the delicious alternative.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs olive oil
- minced garlic (a ton)
- dried oregano
- black pepper
- salt
- 2-3 tbs flour
- 1 1/2 cup half n half
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Heat oil in skillet on medium - high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add flour (start with 2 tbs), oregano, pepper and salt. Whisk well.
- Add the Half & Half, all at once and whisking while doing so.
- Cook and stir until bubbly and thickened.
- Add a bit of Parmesan cheese, stir and turn off heat.
