They're just absolutely perfect and I don't wanna share my personal batch. So, make your own.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter; melted & browned
- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- In medium saucepan, melt butter on med-low heat. Once melted, continue to cook AND stir until the butter is an amber color. Remove from heat and cool for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Use a silicone mat to line a baking sheet.
- In large bowl stir together the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
- Add both the sugars to the browned butter, stir to combine. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the butter mixture into the flour and stir until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips until evenly throughout the dough.
- Using a big spoon, (2 tbs), portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
- Transfer to a wire rack to completely cool.
