Okay, Okay.. This is another I don't wanna cook meal.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 packages of El Monterey Bean & Cheese Chimichangas
- Shredded Cheese
- 1 big can of red enchilada sauce
- Crema is optional but honestly, needed 😉
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a casserole dish about 9x13, pour a thin layer of enchilada sauce, make sure entire bottom is covered.
- Add frozen Chimi's to dish, probably fit about 12 of them.
- Use the remaining sauce to cover up the burritos/Chimichangas and add as much cheese to the top as needed.
- Cover with tinfoil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove foil and serve immediately and preferably with a side of rice and Crema on the top.
