I liked to spell this wrong BUT make it absolutely right.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- minced garlic ♥
- 1 large yellow onion (diced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs Italian seasoning
- 1 tbs Adobo seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tbs seasoning salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbs Worcestershire
- 2 cups uncooked Elbow noodles
- 1 cup Mozzarella
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- In large skillet, cook beef and then add onion, olive oil and garlic. Cook until done.
- Add water, broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, all seasonings except Bay Leaves. Stir. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir. Lower heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally as well.
- Add uncooked noodles, stir well, add a few bay leaves then cover again. for 30 minutes. Stirring often.
- Once cooked, remove bay leaves and add cheddar cheese, mix.
- Add mozzarella right before serving.
