My chili but with some extra filling on the top.
Directions:
- Make chili as directed in the previous blog post.
- Make cornbread BATTER as directed on the Jiffy box. DO NOT COOK!
- You can either use a cast iron deep dish, or some ramekins. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add chili to the ramekin a bit more than halfway full. Add some cheese to the top of chili and then corn bread to add to the rest of the empty ramekin.
- Add more cheese to the top of the cornbread.
- Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and eat directly from ramekin.
