Danni's Fast Chili

This chili may be out of the can, but it will have you bubbling like the real deal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cans mixed chili beans
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can pinto beans, rinsed
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 jalapeño 
  • 1-2 cans petite tomatoes 
  • Paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cumin, and chili powder

Directions:

  1. Dump mixed chili beans and petite tomatoes into large pot. Rinse black beans, kidney beans and pinto beans and then dump in also. Drain corn and dump in.
  2. Add 2 cups of water. Then add seasonings listed and whatever else your heart says to. 
  3. Chop the white onion and divide into two piles. One for the beans and one for the meat to cook with.
  4. Cook half the onion with the ground beef in a skillet with light seasonings. Once meat is done, add to the pot of beans and vegetables and stir.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 20-30 minutes, stirring often.
