This chili may be out of the can, but it will have you bubbling like the real deal.
Ingredients:
- 4 cans mixed chili beans
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed
- 2 cans corn
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 white onion
- 4 jalapeño
- 1-2 cans petite tomatoes
- Paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cumin, and chili powder
Directions:
- Dump mixed chili beans and petite tomatoes into large pot. Rinse black beans, kidney beans and pinto beans and then dump in also. Drain corn and dump in.
- Add 2 cups of water. Then add seasonings listed and whatever else your heart says to.
- Chop the white onion and divide into two piles. One for the beans and one for the meat to cook with.
- Cook half the onion with the ground beef in a skillet with light seasonings. Once meat is done, add to the pot of beans and vegetables and stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 20-30 minutes, stirring often.
