Ingredients for burgers:
- 1 1/3 lb. ground beef, lean
- 2 tsp. old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 4 slices of Cheddar cheese
- 4 sesame buns
- ketchup & mustard
- 1 dill pickle sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 purple onion sliced
- lettuce leaves
Ingredients for Aioli:
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Directions:
- Combine Beef, Old Bay, pepper and salt. Form into 4 1/3 lb. patties. Coat a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook each side of the patties for 4-5 minutes.
- Place cheese on with last 30 seconds of cooking. Set patties aside.
- To make aioli, stir thoroughly together 1/2 cup Mayo and 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning.
- Once done, spread aioli on each bottom of buns. Top with burger patty, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onion, tomato and lettuce. Place top bun on and dive in!
