There's 3 peppers in the bunch and it's definitely a roulette.
Ingredients:
- Peppers, (Jalapeño, Fresno, Anaheim)
- 12 oz. Bacon
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or any white)
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper & garlic powder
Directions:
- Cut the tops off all peppers and core them. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine cheeses. Use those muscles. After, add a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix again.
- Stuff each pepper as full as you can get it with the cheese mixture. It's okay to yours your fingers. 😉
- Some of the peppers won't need a full slice off bacon around them, so figure that out first and slice whatever you need to slice in half.
- Take a strip of bacon and wrap it around starting at the top. I try to cover the cheese, I try. With a toothpick ensure its stability.
- Set aside on a dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs along them. Wherever it falls, it falls.
- You can grill these, bake these in the oven or air fryer. These were grilled for 20 minutes. The air fryer would be 370 degrees for 15-20 minutes. MAKE SURE THAT BACON IS DONE Y'ALL.
