Another bread, another Pizza.
*NOTE* The Focaccia recipe used is from the 'Harry Potter Official Christmas Cookbook'. Proof of MY Focaccia and a picture of the recipe from the book will be posted below, BEFORE the pizza recipe. This must be made first, obviously.
*MAKE THE FOCACCIA RECIPE UP UNTIL THE TOPPING WITH VEGETABLES PART OF IT*
Now, on to the Pizza.
Ingredients:
- Ready to bake Focaccia
- pepperoni
- shredded cheese
- pizza sauce (homemade Danni's Pizza or bought)
- extra toppings/veggies
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Once Focaccia is ready to bake and stretched out on the baking sheet, start to assemble the pizza. Add spoonfuls of sauce to the bread and gently spread it ALL over. Leave none uncovered.
- Add a ton shredded cheese (of choice really) and add pepperoni slices, (or not). Add your other toppings too.
- When ready to bake, place in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
