Chocolate balls or white balls, you'll put 'em there.
Ingredients:
- 1 FAMILY pack of Oreos
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- Chocolate chips
- powdered sugar
Directions:
- In a large bowl, smash entire pack of Oreos. Feel free to choose which flavor you want.
- Once it's pretty crumbly, add the cream cheese. This will take a few minutes and a lot of elbow grease to bring together.
- After it thoroughly mixed together, start to form medium sized balls. Set them on a lined baking sheet and in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- If using chocolate chips; melt 1/2 cup chips & 1 tbs of coconut oil. Stir well. If using powdered sugar, just dump some in a small bowl.
- After freezing, take the truffles out and start coating them. Either a toothpick & fork technique, or you can dump it over them while they are on a rack.
- Get creative. I try to mix and match the coatings. I can usually create 4.
- Once done, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes and then enjoy.
