The drink of all drinks.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbs Vanilla extract
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
- In a bowl add the 1 cup of long grain white rice, 2 cinnamon sticks and 2 cups of HOT water; SOAK OVERNIGHT.
- After allotted time, blend the bowl of ingredients and use a mesh strainer to strain the mix into a pitcher.
- In the pitcher, add 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbs. vanilla extract, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of cold water and a little cinnamon. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice.
