We are only here for a short time people, make it GOOD.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked elbow noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
NOTE* Make your burgers the way you normally would, season and cooking wise. You need strips of bacon and slices of cheese for the burgers as well.
Directions:
- In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add a tbsp. of flour, stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk to saucepan while stirring until it thickens.
- Add cheese, elbow noodles, bacon and paprika to saucepan and stir to combine.
- To assemble burgers, either toast your burgers or don't, add mayo, ketchup and mustard to each bun. Following up with the cheese slice on the bottom bun, then the burger patty, a few pieces of bacon strips and finally a pile of MacNCheese.
- Top with bun and give it a smoosh down and enjoy.
