Dreams, fulfilled. Belly, fulFILLED.
Ingredients:
- 1 batch Naan dough - recipe in Danni's Easy Naan Bread
- 3 tbs. oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 diced white or yellow onion
- minced garlic (measure with your ♥)
- 2-3 serrano peppers diced
- chopped cilantro
- melted butter
- cumin, seasoning salt, chili powder, black pepper,
garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Have your Naan dough ready & waiting. Start cooking beef.
- In skillet, cook beef with diced onion & peppers first. Season with seasonings above-mentioned.
- Add garlic once beef and veggies are almost done, cook until thoroughly done.
- When beef is done and cooled, take one part Naan (should have 6-8 balls of dough) and roll out to a smallish thick circle, place a spoonful of the beef mixture into middle, (leave enough room to fold up), fold edges in and twist the top and gently (but don't be scared), roll out to make it flat. Flatter than before filling.
- Filling will most likely poke through and THAT'S OKAY. Just do it.
- Cook in oil for 2-3 minutes, each side needs to be cooked. (Obviously).
- Optional but definitely recommended, to top with a brush of melted butter & cilantro.
- SLAP SOME SOUR CREAM ON THAT THANG TOO.
