We call these 'good fat' French fries. You want these to go to your ass.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Avocados
- 1-2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (beaten)
- salt & pepper
- BBQ sauce & mayo
Directions:
- Slice avocado in half, remove pit and try to keep whole while removing it from the skin.
- Cut avocado halves into semi-thick slices.
- Beat eggs and set aside.
- To a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
- Take one slice at a time, dip in the eggs, then into the breadcrumbs. Make sure to coat well.
- Place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
- For dipping sauce, mix a scoop of mayonnaise and some BBQ sauce. Make sure there is more BBQ sauce than mayonnaise.
