Danni's Avocado Fries

We call these 'good fat' French fries. You want these to go to your ass.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Avocados
  • 1-2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • salt & pepper
  • BBQ sauce & mayo

Directions:

  1. Slice avocado in half, remove pit and try to keep whole while removing it from the skin.
  2. Cut avocado halves into semi-thick slices.
  3. Beat eggs and set aside.
  4. To a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
  5. Take one slice at a time, dip in the eggs, then into the breadcrumbs. Make sure to coat well.
  6. Place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
  7. For dipping sauce, mix a scoop of mayonnaise and some BBQ sauce. Make sure there is more BBQ sauce than mayonnaise.
